Windows app features a class named Windows.Media.Playlist, witch allows to read  WMP playlists (also modify, but this is not needed in my case),  however it doesn't appear to support the ones created by Groove.

Is there a way to read Groove playlists?

Those playlist are internal to groove, as far as I know.

But usually, playlists are just glorified text files, so you can write your own parser for them.
