Hi all,

we are using FBA with AD, but recently we got an issues , that users need to to be logon second time , then it will recognize the user name and passwords , but why first time it is not recognizing and it is showing error "Please try again with valid credentials"

i have done investigation to verify all the web.config files, checked ULS logs, SQL instance ,IIS and STS was restarted, but no clue, 

Can you please help me , if anything needs to be verify or missing?

Are you using a custom login page for FBA?

Please check your custom login page and try to find out what causes it.
