帮助没有帮助 [英] Help does not help

Win Vista SP1 Ultimate，IIS7，Expression Studio 2.
我对EW2有一些问题。

问题2.点击"帮助"后在EW2中，我可以输入搜索字段，但实际开始搜索时没有任何反应。根本没用。

我的问题是：这个问题是一个常见的，众所周知的错误;或者它只是我的系统的问题？
（修复和重新安装没有帮助，我没有其他问题）。

I have a few problems with EW2.

Problem 2. After clicking "Help" in EW2,  I can type into the Search field but nothing happens when actually starting the search. Not helpful at all.

My question is: is this problem a common, well-known bug; or is it just a problem of my system?
(repair and re-install did not help, I do not have other problems).
