I am trying to add a .COM component to the VS toolbox for Visual Basic.  While it shows up in the 'COM Components' tab of the 'Choose Toolbox Items' dialog box and allows me to check it and add it to the list of item in the toolbox, it appears to be unavailable for use (i.e. that selection appears 'ghosted').  When I try to drag it onto the workspace area, the cursor changes to a red circle with a diagonal line indicating the component can't be placed anywhere on the page.
