go to the toolbox, right click and Choose Items.

On the .NET Framework Components tab, click Browse to browse to the install path of Crystal Reports. Mine is at:

From here, select CrystalDecisions.Windows.Forms.dll and click Open. Then click OK to add the CrystalReportViewer control to the toolbar.
