I get this when I create and build a new Win32 Console Application in my new installation of Visual Studio 2017 Community.

I do not get the problem if I create and build an identical project in my previous version of Visual Studio (VS 2015 Express).

I do not get the problem if I open (in VS2017) an old project (created earlier using VS2015).

I do not even get the problem if I open (in VS2017) an old project (created earlier using VS2015) and retarget the project to the latest Windows SDK (10.0.15063.0) and Platform Toolset (v141).

I only get the problem when I create a completely new project from scratch in my new version of VS (2017 Community).
