Hi Team，

I am working for a client who uses Release Management 2013.4 for managing all of their releases.

They have a couple of customer facing applications and so, the site needs to be always available.

I am configuring Release for their application and have tokenized the web.config for 4-5 environments. Since I had issues with replacing the tokens with values, I followed the below blog to achieve the same.

But this method brings the site down atleast for a couple of seconds which the customer isn’t agreeing to.

As far as I know, there isn’t the better way to do that in RM/TFS.
