Getting the message 'Error opening Help in Windows-based programs: "Feature not included" or "Help not supported"' on a Windows 10 PC. Attempting to run .hlp file. The above KB article does not list download available for Windows 10 yet. Does anyone know when this will be made available?

At all Windows Help is depreciated since Windows Vista. I reccomend converting the hlp files to chm...
