No matter how carefully I insert the code (from "About" in the program) the registration page won't accept the product code as valid.  I also note that the form behaviour on that page in IE8 is erratic to say the least.  I had to restart the page once to get the region drop down list correct for my country so I am wondering whether or not there is a glitsch in the product code box as well.

I don't think it has anything to do with IE8 as I can't get the PID accepted with Firefox, Safari, Chrome or IE.
