If you can't get help from help menu, please have a look at the thread.

Have you installed MSDN?
If not, then install it or you can get help online, just follow the steps:
1. Open [Options...] window from Tools menu
2. Check the chekbox bellow[Show all settings]
3. Then from Environment Section Select Help
4. Then select Online
5. Then from the right section...Select the option [Try online first, then local]
6. Press Ok to exit...
Configuration is done...
Now you can check...
If it does not work...then restart visual studio...
