I am trying to install Blend 3 Preview on Windows 7 RC. It doesnt seem to get a pass a screen where it says "trying to locate SL 3 SDK" . It just stops there

I have Windows 7 RC, VS 2010 beta 1, SL 2 SDK and SL 3 SDk on my box
