So it seems that many of my users are getting a pop up error that says something like the form can't be submitted because it contains validation errors on this field:

The thing is, the field in question isn't a required field. The other thing is that this only happens when they attach a document to the InfoPath form and then submit it. If they don't attach anything, then it works fine.

This field is in a repeating table, so they can attach more than one document, and it(the attachment) appears on several pages inside my InfoPath form.
