I cannot edit the codebase as I am on the build side, I have tried to use the Microsoft.VisualStudio.QualityTools.UnitTestFramework -Version 11.0.50727.1, however this does not resolve the issue as the dependencies are on version 10.0.0.0.

In my VS 2017, I could find the version 10.0.0.0 in my reference. Right click your project> Click Add> Choose reference.
