I'm facing with a strange issue with Term Store. My old colleague created a navigation using <label for="ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_currentNavSection_ctl03_managedLeftNavRadioButton">Managed Metadata term set. I can see it on Site Settings -> Navigation Settings, but I cannot see it in the Term Store Management Tool...</label>

Please go to the Site collection-> site collection setting to find out local term store to get term set named Navigation
