For a personal project, I am trying to build an application for data collection. This is the idea for the application:

you can try to use excel online and store your documents on Microsoft OneDrive.

then you can upload your Excel file template to Microsoft OneDrive and user can create a documents using that templates.

then you can create a Workbook with VBA code that open that workbooks created by the user with in a week and copy all the data to Dashboard workbook.

yes, it is possible to fulfil your requirement by using Excel and VBA.

you can try to start developing it and when you feel that you got stuck somewhere then you can post your issues and question's on this forum. you will get solution by our community members.
