Quick question.

So my organization is using sharepoint and we have multiple different task lists used for various functions of the company. Rather than clicking through each task list to see it's contents, is there a way while on sharepoint to have an additional list that can somehow consolidate the information from all the other task lists we have active on our sharepoint?

Hi Hwangs, it sounds like you just need to create an all-in-one view. First, I'd like to point out that if your MySites are working correctly, a user can go there to see all the tasks assigned to them across all sites.

Second, this is just a matter of finding the best way to combine. Ideally it sounds like it would be beneficial for all of these to be in one list. If that's not possible, you could either use REST and jQuery to build a custom view with code to combine the task lists, or you could use Excel data connections to all the lists to create your view. Either would work.

Edit: And another option is the Content Query Web Part, but I'm personally not a fan.
