I have a Visual Studio 2015 solution of about 50 projects (primarily C++) under source control in TFS 2015. In addition to the projects in that solution, I have solution folders such as "Include" and others. In these folders I have files that are in the same folder under the project root in TFS as they are in the file system. Any time I attempt to open the files in Visual Studio 2015 by double clicking them in solution explorer, I get the error below.  Anyone know the cause or what to do?  This did not happen in VS2013/TFS 2013.  And this error only occurs on files that are C++ type files (.h/.c/.ccp).  Other extensions in these solution folders do not raise this error.
