Surely I am missing something and someone can help me with this.

See graphs below. They are UWP ad units, banners, not using the AdMediator, just the normal AdControl in XAML using: Microsoft.Advertising.WinRT.UI 

Interstitials don't seem to be affected, just banners.

What's happened since the end of January to create this. Did the SDK change and should I have changed something in my code?

Same here, my ad requests drop overs 50% from 02/09/2016. No ad available now
