I've run windows app certification kit (10.0.14393.33) on a setup package of my application to check it against desktop certification, the test passed with serveral warnings among them windows security features test report a list of errors of type:

"Binscope failed to process the file <path to file>"

I've searched the specific error without success but I found that i could download binscope and use it to test my files. So I downloaded binscope 2014 and used it to test the files on which the error was reported. Binscope was able to process all files, and reported the tests were passed.

As my target is to submit my application for certification how should I proceed? Should I ignore warnings from WACK as binscope 2014 didn't have any issue or should I try to investigate further? What can make binscope fail to analyse a file when is called inside WACK and succeed when called directly?

What version of binscope is included in WACK? Can I download it and use it for some test?
