Hi All,
 Trying a scenario like invoking a chat app in local machine(A) and open the same chat app in another machine (B). All these actions should be part of single test. Would like to set the agent in run time based on some configuration file. Is that possible using VS Test agents/controllers?

Take a look at the Roles section under test settings essentially you'd have 2 roles Machine(A) being the test agent and Machine(B) simply being a server running the chat app.  However, you would not be able to influence Machine(B)'s interactions other than via the chat app on Machine(A).
