We need to know the filename for searching.  Otherwise, the search result may be shown a lot of
irrelevant information on the list.

For example, we searched for '115' in a document library, the result set would contain irrelevant files like 'CSME-MEA-EL-DWG-001A', 'MVAC-MAT-039A ' etc. in 'Name' column.

We are worrying about any missing in the search result. ( In fact, most of the case we just want to search the file name, not the content ). So, the fix can target on search filename only.

If we want to only return the results which the file name meets the query text, we can use KQL to constrict query.
