Two things happened on the test machine when I tried to run the installation (I copied the entire folder, not just the executable)

I wound up installing Visual Studio 2015 on the test machine plus the Windows 10 SDK so I could have the same files on each

Even if I run the built EXE outside the folder it resides in (\bin), it won't run Run it from the folder it sets in, it runs great. Both dev and test machines
