We were having trouble with our Smartboards after the Creator's update was installed, and support suggested that we revert to the previous version of Windows.  Since doing that, I've been unable to install a driver update for the Smartboards.  

I get a message that the installation program is looking for vstor40_x64.msi.  It was looking for a location that no longer exists.  I've tried reinstalling Visual Studio 2010 from the Microsoft site, but that doesn't work.  Uninstalling doesn't work either.  Everything I do wants that file, but says that the one I point to is not a valid installation product.

I have the log file, but not sure which part is helpful.

You could download the Windows Fixit tool from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed, then run it to repair issues including corrupted registry keys or others. Besides, there having a tool that can help for English installations: the Visual Studio 2010 Uninstall Utility. After this, reinstall visual studio 2010. If the issue persists, please share some screenshots about the error and I need your help to collect the complete VS installation log. Please usehttp://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder.
