I've tried to download VS 2015 by using the work around by downloading the two various files and I'm still not getting anywhere. Can someone give me a step by step process that can keep the downloader running smoothly and more importantly continuously. this is ridiculously insane. Microsoft should have fixed this up years ago

How did you download and install visual studio 2015?

You can use the following ways to get visual studio 2015:

The download site for visual studio 2015:https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=visual%20studio%202015&wt.mc_id=o~msft~vscom~older-downloads

1. If you have good network connection, you can choose to download a web installer of visual studio community 2015, double click on it to install VS.

2. Using DVD file (which still need network connection)

3. Creating an offline installation layout (see the Create an Offline Installation of Visual Studio page for more details), if you have low bandwidth or unreliable network environments.
