I have tried your fixes. I have tried the .Net fix, the scower/torch/uninstall fix. I have tied the registry fix, I still can't install VS 2015 Community. I have shared my log on the onedrive in the folder Log Collection and it is shared.

Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.zip under %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.

Please disable any Anti-Virus or Anti-Spyware software on your computer and you haven't been preventing by firewall.

Meanwhile, please make sure you already followed the installation tips as below:

1. Clean up the %temp% folder

2. Run the installer as administrator

3. Windows update already up to date
