我在Windows 10上成功安装了VS2015社区，但无法注册！！！我有错误SP324099

I install successfully the VS2015 Community on windows 10 but I'm not able to register it!!!! I have the error SP324099

我关闭了Windows防火墙和卡巴斯基反病毒软件，但是我遇到了同样的问题.

I close windows firewall and kaspersky antivirus but I have the same problem.

Do you have Internet explorer 11 installed on your system? If not please do it and then try to register. It should work like in this thread
