I've reached my 30 day trial period on VS2015 community edition however when I click the 'sign in' button to register a microsoft account I get error 'we can't sign you in, your browser is currently set to block cookies'.

However both installed browsers (IE and Chrome) are set to allow cookies, i've lowered all security settings but still the issue persists.

Try to go Internet Options > Security > Advanced options : Set accept everythere. Doesn't help?
