Intermittently getting search error. In the ULS log, I can see this error message - "Query Time out"

Search index component status is intermittently and randomly going in degraded status and then again becoming healthy again. 

并且间歇性地显示此错误消息"无法检索管理组件"

and also intermittently it shows this error message that "unable to retrieve the admin components"

Workaround: This is the workaround that we do to fix it immediately. Restart the host controller service in all the search servers.

But I am not able to understand the root cause yet. It started happening recently.

A few months back we changed the host controller service account from a search service account to the farm account, could that be a reason for intermittent search issue ?
