I repeated the point 3 and 4 with the NFC Sample APP officially released from MSFT (https://github.com/Microsoft/Windows-universal-samples/tree/master), but NOTHING HAPPENED.

It seems that no APDU COMMANDS are sent to the emulator. Moreover I cannot manually trigger the registered HCE background task from the Debug Location.
