I am developing Universal App using VS2015 in Win10. The simulator and the android emulator is running fine. But when I started the Windows Phone Mobile Emulator, then the emulator runs and shows "OS is starting", and then after a long delay (i.e. 10mins) the Emulator turned off and these messages have been shown.

I have also met the above error, even if the VM is successfully launched by VS, in my mind there is an issue communicating with it through the virtual switch that is created for it and that can be managed in Hyper-V on the virtual switches section. In order to solve this issue please delete the virtual switch in Hyper-V manager with the following steps:
（1）Close Visual Studio
（2）Open Hyper-V Manager
（3）Delete all Windows Phone Emulator VMs
（4）In the Virtual Switch Manager (link is located in the navigation bar on the right) delete all Windows Phone related virtual switches
（5）Open Visual Studio and try to deploy the application again (Visual Studio will create a fresh virtual machine for you)
