I cannot find where to set/clear the "Pictures by Comments" track changes option programmatically.

The option can be found in the "Track Changes Options" dialog.  It can also be found in a comment right click context menu as commands: "Hide Pictures By Comments" and "Show Pictures By Comments"

I am afraid it is impossible. I have checked Comment Object (Word) and Options Object (Word), and we could only set CommentsColor Property.
