The new MSDN Samples Gallery at http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/site/requests seems useful. I tried to submit a code request but am immediately stumped because the description box is only 255 characters long but the web page does not warn about this limitation until after pressing the submit button. So describe the request is difficult.

The bottom of the page has a 'site feedback' link and a yellow icon beside it. Clicking on either gives a feedback popup. Pressing the 'submit' feedback link gives a HTTP 400 "The webpage cannot be found" response!
