Dear all,

I have created a Team Calendar with several Calendar Overlays, showing different team absences such as Annual Leave, Sick Leave & Public Holiday's etc. in different colours in an easy to read visual format. 

Currently when a user selects New Item their entry is added to the Main, 'Sales Team' Calendar. 

I'd like to create a New Item form that allows different members of the team to select which calendar they are adding to, via drop-down menu, without having to go into the individual calendar. 

Is this possible?

Hi,

We can create a HTML form, add a dropdown list with the options Annual Leave, Sick Leave & Public Holiday's etc. And add some list column in the form, then submit the data to list base on the dropdown list value using REST API.
