之前我使用过pubcenter的SDK，如果我有xaml控件和暂停的横幅，在这种情况下不显示横幅。
previously I used pubcenter's SDK, If I have xaml control and paused banner, in this case no banner is displayed.

Now I added ad mediation control without specify settings and see the following on attached picture and if I click it goes to msn.com, how can I disable it? Before uploading package with new sdk I can't create new ad units and pause them, so users will see this strange banner. I suppose what I will be able to pause banners in the new dev center, but currently I do not see any settings. Second question: also I found what 320-50 is supported for UWP apps but not for Win8.1
