   I want to preinstall my pc because it has a problem with microsoft visual C++ redistributable package (x86)  and the problem is that it cant be installed , i've downloaded it from microsoft's page and when i run the installer and accept the license agreement it pops out a window saying : '' Error creating process <C:\User\HEHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp/IXP000.TMP\VCREDI~1.EXE

 So i tried to preinstall my pc using a windows 7 usb tool , but when i try installing it it says almost  the same thing : '' <C:\User\HEHA~1\AppData\Local\Temp/IXP000.TMP\setup.cmd>.

in the command line, run the setup program with  /l*v %temp%\vcredist_x86.log parameters. Then run the setup. After it fails, read %temp%\vcredist_x86.log and find the cause. if you can't find the cause, share the log file somewhere publicly online (e.g. upload to onedrive and share it publicly so anyone can access) and ask at https://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/vstudio/en-US/home?forum=vssetup, with a link to the log file.
