The emulator for Windows 10 will not install without fatal error. I have tried going through the modify in control panel and reinstalling fresh checking the emulator box. Also tried the web site direct download. None worked without saying fatal error could not be installed.

Please navigate to your %temp% folder and search for emulator, you will find the logs like:
"dd_MobileTools_EmulatorWPXX_20150803200649"
We need that log to see the error info about why you failed when installing the emulator.
And please make sure your OS meet the system requirement:

Your computer must meet the following requirements:

- Hardware-assisted virtualization.
