After restoring a project folder from a zip or rar file the debugging of the project is not possible any more. I always get the message "A Debugger is attached to..but not configured to debug this unhandled exception" This only happens when running on win10 local machine or Simulator. The mobile win10 Debugger is still ok. This is on win10 with Visual Studio 2015 Community. I have tried several zip Solutions like winzip, winrar and the win10 build in solution. It seems something is happening to the files with compressing and restoring. Never had the issue before... Any ideas?

I'm also not so sure what happened after you zipped your project. It seems some exceptions caused the problem. You may need to check the settings before and after you zipped your project.

Change the setting of the debug any cpu target to others to see the result.
