Have an issue with a Site Collection at the moment where if a new sub-site is created, the Style Resource Readers Group - which is a Site Collection Group that filters down to all Sub-Sites - loses it's members, which by default are Everyone and NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users.

This means that users cannot access all sub-sites and this group affects all sub-sites.

We can fix the issue by re-adding back the Everyone and NT AUTHORITY\authenticated users groups to Style Resource Readers at the Site Collection level but as soon as a new sub-site is created, Style Resource Readers loses those members again and all sub-sites break.

We create the sub-sites with unique permissions and don't make any other changes other than to populate the sub-site Owners, Members and Visitors groups with the necessary users.
