I have tried a lot of solution, nether of it work, i tried to add and install it from nuget package, but it only work for toolbar, i tried to install sql data tools from program and features>vs>modify. But it seems like i already installed the sql data tools, is there any permanent solution for it? i heard that people using the report viewer in 2013 without any problem and does not require anything extra installation, why is it changing in 2017?

For your question, please install Microsoft.ReportViewer.WinForms from Manage Nuget Packages. And then right click All Windows Form in Toolbox> Choose Items. Please follow the steps in gif.

The dll you installed is in the current project package folder. After select it, you could use this ReportViewer control in Toolbox.
