我需要提供对网站外部用户的访问权限，但我面临以下问题。

i need to provide access to external users in the site,but im facing below issue.

one user email id's [e-mail] but took deeper investigation and it seems the user AD id is [e-mail] so when i try provide access to this emal id [e-mail] its picking the user id as [e-mail]. i am unable to add user [e-mail] help
