I would have to implement the archiving process in my SharePoint farm, Suppose there are some libraries having lots of records/items with Version History and I have to preserve the latest 3 months data with Version History on my original libraries and rest would be moved through the archival system with Version History.

seems this could be done using a SPD workflow.

Condition: basically same, check file modified date

Action: 1. Copy item from original library to Archive library

       2.从原始库中删除项目

            2. Delete item from original library
