Yes this is possible on windows > 8.0. WFP provides REDIRECT_CONTEXT structures to allow multiple redirects, you should store your ultimate destination here. These structures are stored in a linked list within the FWPS_CONNECT_REQUEST which can support any number of redirections.

NOTE: I'm sure there is some upper limit but it's unlikely you'll encounter this unless you get caught in a redirect loop. Make sure your callout is checking for previous redirections by using FwpsQueryConnectionRedirectState to avoid this.
