At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow. The sfc /scannow command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 is available on Windows Update, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Microsoft Update (MU) Catalog. These reliability fixes are also available on Download Center as a standalone update (KB4054856).  If you installed .NET Framework 4.7.1 via Download Center, please install KB4054856.
