I can't repair, install or uninstall .NET Framework 4. I keep getting the fatal error during installation error. Please Uninstall All Old Framework 4.0 Version and download standalone version of framework 4 from following link.

重新启动PC并再次安装框架4.

restart your PC and install again framework 4.
