我无法在Win XP Sp3 x86上安装上述软件.

I am unable to install the above mentioned software on a Win XP Sp3 x86. 

我遇到通用信任失败"的提示，错误消息，安装Visual C ++ 2010时也会收到相同的错误消息.

I am getting "Generic Trust failure" error messages, I am also getting the same error message when installing Visual C++ 2010.
