In SharePoint Designer 2013 for SharePoint 2016, I am trying to create a parameter field for a list view webpart.  I added

Hi Ching,

Per my test in my SharePoint 2016 environment with SharePoint designer 2013, then I add the  "<ParameterBinding Name="Para_JobID" Location="None" DefaultValue="0"/>" in the list view web part.

Then I click on "Filter" button to create a new clause for filter criteria, the field name can editable and the drop down is not blank. All can work fine.

To troubleshoot the issue, check things below:

1. Create a new page and add the list view web part to check if the same issue will occur.

2. Create a new list and add the list view web part to a page to check if the same issue will occur.

3. Close and re-open the SharePoint designer.

4. Clear SharePoint designer cache. For more detailed information, refer to the article below.
