Could someone please explain the differences between keywords added in the ORGANIZE panel vs the IPTC fields in the INFO panel. They seem to be two separate systems. If I add keywords in INFO IPTC fields, they appear in the Bridge and Photoshop IPTC keyword fields but do not automatically appear in Bridge's keyword panel and vice versa. Would it be best to add information including keywords to the IPTC fields and maybe skip the keywords in ORGANIZE?

Hi Jonathan,

These are really the same thing. The keywords in Info panel are all the keywords in your vocabulary. You start typing any one and the program suggests all that fit the bill considering what you have typed. Keywords on the Organize Panel include any that you have used in this catalog. The advantage of adding them there is that you can select several images and drag them to the keyword.

The key to having them show up in Bridge is to export your annotations. Then regardless of where you added them, they should go to Bridge.
