我们正在运行一个软件公司，拥有大量客户

用于跟踪他们的投诉我们需要一个投诉管理系统，搜索了goole 2天但无法找到写入解决方案

可以任意一个plz建议我可以在我的域上上传一些免费的开源软件，



或如何使用ASP制作简单的系统（因为我不知道） php和大量的解决方案都在php ...）
