I have been installing Visual Studio 2012 Ultimate but at the end it has installed successfully but some features didn't install with it. It brought a message "Microsoft SQL Server 2012 (x64) package failed", so how can l solve such a problem?

According to this error, the installer could be missing some packages, such as SQL server package.

I suggest you try the following steps:

1. Please join the free Dev Essentials program, to gain access to the older versions. Download the DVD file for visual studio and then you can verify your DVD with this tool File Checksum Integrity Verifier to check the SHA1.

2.  After downloading the complete ISO image, make sure windows update is up-to-date, clean up the %temp% folder and temporarily disable any antivirus software, reboot the computer and re-run the VS 2012 Ultimate installer as administrator again.
