I thought Visual Basic 2017 Community version was free, no strings. But after a couple of weeks use it is blocked and a message says my 30 day trial period has expired. There was no mention of a trial period when I downloaded it, nor is any such restriction mentioned in the ads and magazine reviews. I have tried uninstalling it so as to do a fresh download and re-install but without success. How should I proceed?
